Our customer is the Chinese subsidiary of a successful German consulting firm, specialized in IT strategy consulting. They are looking for an experienced Manager (m/f), leading a recently established office in Beijing, China. Fauth & Collegen maintains an exclusive partnership with this international client, being responsible for identifying and pre-selecting suitable candidates.
Your main responsibilities:
- Initial setup and consecutive heading of a newly established office location in Beijing, closely cooperating with the company’s headquarter in Shanghai
- Leading and developing projects in the expanding Chinese growth market regarding the key subjects of digitalization and industry 4.0
- Consolidating and expanding business relations with renowned international clients
- Acquiring new project assignments with promising new clients within the Chinese market
- Instructing and guiding (junior) consultants including career development
- Recruiting additional staff and thereby supporting the intended company expansion
- Supporting and leading consultants in operational project conduction
Required qualifications:
- You are a committed and dedicated professional striving for success within the innovative Chinese growth market
- You are experienced in strategy consulting in an international environment including management experience in leading employees
- You have acquired extended knowledge of technological innovations in the fields of digitalization, smart production and IT-related systems
- You have a very good knowledge of the Chinese AND European culture in both, business and personal environment
- Finally, you possess fluent language skills in Chinese, English and German
